ABOUT US

We’re a husband-and-wife team and co-founders of Full Circle Fitness Cookham with over 20 years combined experience of training individuals and groups.

Between us we have qualifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, pre/post natal training, kettlebells, TRX training, boxing padwork, nutrition, life coaching and more.

We’ve combined our knowledge from working in small gyms, large health clubs and personal training studios to create a space tailored to what we know works best and offers you the greatest chance of succeeding on your fitness journey.

We’ve hand picked equipment from industry leaders such as Mirafit, BLK Box, Wolverson Fitness, Bulldog Gear, Primal Strength and more to create a studio with the users best interest at heart.

Dani Darren

CO-FOUNDER & PERSONAL TRAINER

 

I started my career in fitness over 15 year ago. I have worked in many fitness roles including corporate training, PT education and working for global fitness brands but my real passion is personal training.

 

I enjoy injecting energy into my sessions and building an understanding of my clients and their lives outside of the gym so that I can tailor each session to help them get the most out of their time INSIDE the gym.

 

My aim is to get Cookham moving! I firmly believe that offering the education and guidance of personal training in a small group setting is the way to do that.

CO-FOUNDER & PERSONAL TRAINER

 

I have worked in a number of gyms around the UK and abroad and believe my experience has helped me to become a well-rounded trainer with experience in a mixture of areas from pre/post natal training to strength & conditioning for sport.

 

Having suffered a number of knee injuries as a teenager it is my passion to help people move better, without pain and restriction.

 

I believe that people are much stronger and more capable than they can ever imagine. I’m passionate about helping people to realise their full potential.

1-2-1 Personal Training
A private, tailored session with your trainer at a time convenient to you.
 
Booking and payments made directly with the trainer
Small Group Personal Training
Offering you the guidance and benefits of personal training in a small group setting (no more than 6 members to 1 trainer).

All sessions are included with membership to
Full Circle Fitness.

Private Hire
You and a group of colleagues, friends or family can hire the facility and a trainer to take you through a session at a time that suits you away from the scheduled group sessions on our timetable

Prioritising Existing Members
Unlike other facilities, we also don’t take on any new members during the January rush to ensure all existing members are able to kick off their new year in our classes.
Empowering Our Members
We want you to grow in confidence and ability when exercising.

We also want to improve your understanding of other things that may impact your progress such as nutrition, hydration, sleep and stress management.

Therefor we’re committed to making sure you have all of necessary knowledge and tools to succeed – whatever your goals.

OUR TIMETABLE

Our time table is designed to grow as our membership does.

It will also adjust every 12 weeks to offer everyone an opportunity to experience the different styles of sessions we have on offer and improve their fitness abilities and knowledge of various exercises and methods.

 
Below is a copy of our current timetable. 


There is also an option for you to hire space for private group sessions with friends, family members or colleagues during any of the free periods between group sessions.
All Sessions are 45 minutes and have a maximum of 6 spaces.

Apart from Saturday sessions which have 12 spaces and are 60 minutes long.
